Amit Krispin is one of Israel’s most experienced and influential energy lawyers, with over two decades of practice dedicated to the electricity and natural gas sectors. As one of the earliest legal practitioners in Israel to specialize in energy law, he has not only advised on the regulatory evolution of the market but also played a formative role in shaping its legal and commercial structure.

Adv. Krispin has been a key legal architect in the development of Israel’s liberalized energy market. His involvement spans the full spectrum of market activities - from policy formation and regulatory frameworks to the negotiation of complex commercial agreements and financing structures. This rare combination of regulatory, transactional, and strategic insight allows him to support clients with a comprehensive and integrated approach.

He represents a broad range of stakeholders across the energy value chain, including independent power producers (IPP), renewable energy developers, infrastructure companies, gas distribution licensees, marketing companies, institutional investors, electricity suppliers, natural gas marketing companies and large-scale electricity and natural gas consumers. His deep familiarity with the market - gained through advising nearly all sides of the industry - enables him to anticipate regulatory trends, bridge business interests, and craft practical, bankable legal solutions.

Clients benefit not only from his command of the legal and regulatory landscape but also from his acute commercial understanding of how energy projects are structured, financed, and operated in Israel. Whether supporting clients through complex tenders, navigating licensing regimes, or negotiating power purchase and gas supply agreements, Adv. Krispin delivers strategic, results-oriented counsel grounded in decades of hands-on experience.
