Krispin represents the leading entities, operating in the energy sector in Israel in general, and in the electricity and the natural gas markets in particular, with a long list of clients, both local and international, including companies that develop power generation projects, both natural gas and renewable; various construction and infrastructure companies; natural gas distribution companies and marketing companies and the largest natural gas consumers. Among his other activities, Adv. Krispin provides his clients with regulatory advice and accompaniment with the regulatory bodies, representation in connection with the various required project agreements, including EPC, O&M, gas purchase agreements, PPA agreements, investment agreements and shareholder agreements and project finance agreements. The extensive experience of Adv. Krispin, accompanied by a large number of projects over many years, provides him with the ability to address complex legal and commercial issues encountered by clients during the development, construction and operation of the project.
