Career

Adv. Noga Rubinstein heads KRB’s Regulation and Competition practice and is widely recognised as one of Israel’s leading lawyers in the fields of regulation, administrative law, competition and antitrust. She advises leading Israeli and international clients on complex regulatory, legislative and public policy matters, and is particularly valued for her ability to navigate strategically sensitive issues involving government ministries, regulators and public authorities.

In these roles, she was closely involved in some of Israel’s most significant regulatory and economic reforms, including major market-opening initiatives, privatisation processes and competition-driven legislative reforms.

She has substantial experience across a wide range of highly regulated sectors, including financial services, communications, healthcare, retail and transportation.
