Recent Highlights:
- Representing the JV between Edeltech Group and Shikun & Binui in all stages relating to the tender, and subsequently the sale and handover of the 1,150 MW Ramat Hovav Power Plant. With an unprecedented purchase price of 4,300,000,000 NIS, this procedure a key milestone in the privatization of the Israeli energy market.
- Representing the JV between Canadian Solar and Menorah Energy with respect to the development of a series of PV solar projects with an aggregate capacity of 150 MW, including with respect to the project financing and regulation.
- Representing Haifa Chemicals in the framework of the construction and operation of the first integrated ammonia production plan in Israel.
- Ongoing Consultation of the Independent Power Producers trade association, Enlight (development of 300 MW wind farms) and Negev Gas natural gas distributer.
