Amir has been Managing Partner of BMA Advogados since 2016. As a partner in the Corporate and M&A practice, he advises domestic and international clients in complex negotiations involving corporate contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, investment structuring, and projects across a range of industries. He also has experience in corporate disputes, corporate governance, and conflict mediation.

His clients include entrepreneurs, corporations, private equity funds, and listed companies operating in sectors such as financial services, consumer goods, education, infrastructure, real estate and shopping centers, sports, and entertainment.

Amir coordinated the Corporate and M&A practice from 2011 to 2014 and has served as Managing Partner since 2016. He is an arbitrator at the Brazilian Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA) and teaches extension courses at PUC-Rio and IBMEC.

He also served as Legal Vice-President of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo from 2000 to 2021.
