Amanda Methven is a partner with over 15 years' experience as a projects lawyer across health, education, wastewater and transport projects.
She advises UK clients in the infrastructure sector on a wide range of legal matters with an emphasis on primary markets and infrastructure funds.
Amanda is recognised as a leading lawyer in the healthcare sector and is known in particular for her work in the Hub Programme in Scotland, designed to deliver a pipeline of social infrastructure projects worth GBP 1bn.
Amanda held the last appointment to update the NHS Standard Form PPP Contract in Scotland on behalf of the Scottish Government Health Directorate, on which the current template SFT NPD/DBFM standard forms are based, and also developed for SFT the template Participant Co-operation Agreement for use by public sector entities sharing development of hub projects.
She is ranked as a Band 1 lawyer for Projects (Scotland) in Chambers UK 2013 & 2014 and as a Band 1 lawyer for Healthcare (Scotland) in Chambers 2015.

NHS Lanarkshire on the procurement of Phase 2 of its Primary Care Investment Programme Health Centre Bundle (£51m) which reached financial close on 19 December 2013.
Senior Funders on the flagship City of Glasgow Colleges NPD Project (£220m) which reached financial close on 1 September 2013.
