Amanda is a member of Davis Polk’s Executive Compensation practice. She focuses on the executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of public and private company M&A transactions, IPOs and other complex corporate transactions. She has extensive experience in designing and implementing equity and other incentive compensation arrangements for companies at all stages of maturity, including deep experience with technology companies.
She also designs, drafts and negotiates severance, change in control and executive employment agreements, and she prepares related disclosures for securities filings.
