Jared Fine

Jared is a member of Davis Polk’s Capital Markets practice. He has significant experience advising a wide range of emerging companies and the venture capital funds that invest in them. His practice spans every stage of the business life cycle.

Emerging companies rely on Jared’s guidance on funding rounds, M&A transactions, public offerings, and general corporate and governance matters. He has a proven record of advising companies from initial financing through successful IPO or exit, while counseling VC firms on all aspects of their investments. Jared has a particular focus on technology, including artificial intelligence, digital health, fintech, enterprise software, consumer tech, robotics and cybersecurity.
