Bill Curtin is Global Head of M&A at Hogan Lovells.

Recognized in Chambers USA as a “consummate deal lawyer” and the lawyer “you want to have sitting next to you to advise you on your deal,” Bill represents many of the world’s leading companies as lead M&A counsel on their most significant transactions, including Airbus, Arm, Coca-Cola, Cloudflare, Corning, Daimler-Mercedes Benz, Dell Technologies, Ford, Honeywell, IBM, Ingredion, ITT, Kaiser Permanente, Norges Bank, Ulta Beauty, and Viatris.

Bill has represented clients on cutting-edge M&A deals amounting to more than US$100 billion in aggregate transaction value and spanning an array of sectors.

Bill has a global client base that draws upon his prior experience practicing in Europe, first as Head of the firm’s Paris office and later as Head of the firm’s European Corporate Group while based in London.
