Alysse McLoughlin focuses her practice on state and local tax planning and controversies, with an emphasis on issues facing financial services companies, insurance companies, and utilities. With years of experience in private practice, as in-house tax counsel at leading financial institutions, and as an attorney in the Chief Counsel Division of the Internal Revenue Service, she understands the goals and priorities of businesses and tax authorities.
