She has represented pharmaceutical companies, utilities, and other clients in New Jersey courts.
With years of experience in private practice, as in-house tax counsel at leading financial institutions, and as an attorney in the Chief Counsel Division of the Internal Revenue Service, she understands the goals and priorities of businesses and tax authorities. Alysse draws on this knowledge to help clients make effective tax-planning decisions and resolve tax disputes.
