Álvaro Galli is a partner of Beccar Varela. He joined the firm in 2001. He heads the firm’s Labor and Social Security Department.
His practice areas include labor and social security law. He has extensive experience in hiring and dismissals of senior employees, complex systems of variable compensations and incentive awards, and expatriate regimes. He also has outstanding experience in collective bargaining negotiations, union conflicts, and reorganizations of companies in crises. He is also a specialist in labor disputes, with special expertise in complex claims.
He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the International Bar Association (IBA).
Álvaro obtained his Law degree from Universidad Católica Argentina (1999) and his postgraduate degree in Labor Law from Universidad Austral (2002).
