Our experts have extensive experience in mass dismissals, since in many opportunities the team has been entrusted with the total closure of companies and the implementation of restructuring with massive layoffs.
We counsel clients on the disengagement of hierarchical employees, accompanying them throughout the process from the definition of the strategy to be implemented, through the communications or negotiations with the employee, the drafting of agreements to be signed at company headquarters, and in representation of the company in the signing of agreements before the competent authority.
