Allison S. Dyer is a partner in the Atlanta office and a member of Holland & Knight's Financial Services and Tax-Advantaged Project Finance teams. Ms. Dyer's practice focuses on public finance transactions for multifamily housing, nonprofit hospitals, educational institutions and local governments. In addition, she has extensive experience with economic development and public-private partnership (P3) transactions.
