Alina Tihan is a Partner and finance lawyer in our international finance team based in Bucharest. With over 20 years' experience in law, Alina has been involved in a wide range of complex transactions, national and international, financings, refinancings, loan restructurings, transfers of loan portfolios and single ticket transactions, assisting mainly credit institutions.
Alina has also advised sponsors/lenders, investments funds, prominent real estate investors and developers, from Romania and from the entire CEE region, as well as municipalities and institutions of higher education in Romania. Alina has gained extensive and diversified finance experience including real estate financing, acquisition financing, and financing in the agribusiness sector throughout Romania and the CEE region.
In the last years she coordinated local and cross – border, secured and unsecured, financings for clients such as EBRD, Raiffeisen, BRD – Groupe Société Générale S.A., Banca Comerciala Română (BCR), Erste Group Bank A.G., Alpha Bank and B2Holding.
