Alice Greenwell

Alice advises on a broad range of employment and incentives matters with a particular focus on executive remuneration arrangements. She has extensive experience advising boards on handling sensitive directors’ pay issues (including the operation of malus and clawback) and succession planning. Alice’s practice also includes establishing and advising on the operation of global equity plans and advising on the people aspects of corporate transactions. Notable transactions include advising Hargreaves Lansdown on its recommended public takeover, Deliveroo on its London IPO, Tesco on the sale of its banking operations and the entry into a long-term strategic partnership with Barclays and Smurfit Kappa on its merger with WestRock and subsequent dual listing on the New York and London Stock Exchanges.
