Alice advises both corporates and individuals on all matters relating to trusts and foundations in both contentious and non-contentious contexts. She also has expertise in financial regulatory law.

As well as advising trust companies and high net worth individuals on the creation, administration, and restructuring of all types of trusts and foundations, Alice provides advice on contentious matters. She also advises trustees on regulatory issues and has a particular interest in charitable entities.

Alice is a barrister and associate tenant of 2 Bedford Row in London. Prior to joining Ogier, Alice practised at the UK Bar, appearing in courts throughout England as well as in the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland. Alice spent time as a scholar at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and consulted to various offshore law firms in Jersey and Guernsey in matters of trusts law, financial regulatory law and dispute resolution. She studied English at Oxford University before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Bar Professional Training Course at City Law School in London.
