Recent assignments in the capital markets area include advising UBS and Credit Suisse on the first Swiss SPAC IPO, Credit Suisse and Berenberg on the IPO of SKAN and J.P. Morgan and the other syndicate banks on Molecular Partner AG's IPO in the U.S. and its listing on NASDAQ. In the realm of financing, he advised Swiss Prime Site on a comprehensive refinancing, Aebi Schmidt on the financing of the acquisition of Monroe Truck Equipment and Viseca on a comprehensive refinancing. He further advised LEA Partners on the acquisition of Base-Net Informatik, H.I.G. Capital on the sale of Infinigate to Bridgepoint and the selling shareholders on the sale of Solvias to Water Street.
