Alexander Aber

Alex Aber concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance and has extensive experience representing public and private company buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, minority investments and other strategic business transactions. Alex represents clients across a variety of industries but has particular depth advising clients in the technology and life sciences industries, with an emphasis on enterprise software, healthcare IT, molecular diagnostics and medical devices.

Alex also advises founders and management of – and investors in – early stage and mature technology and life science companies on a broad range of matters including corporate governance, equity and debt financing transactions, technology licensing and joint ventures.
