Alberto Nanni

Alberto Nanni has gained a wealth of experience in litigation before the courts and arbitration panels in civil, corporate and bankruptcy matters as well as in labour law cases. He also has a solid grounding in the drafting of commercial contracts, in corporate acquisitions and in insurance law. He has given public lectures on various aspects of arbitration law in Italy as well as in labour law.

He graduated in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

He is a member of the Italian Bar and he has rights of audience before the Italian Supreme Court. He is also member of: Associazione Italiana per l'Arbitrato; American Association for Justice - Washington D.C.
