Aisling specialises in financial services taxation and is part of Walkers' Tax Practice Group.

She advises on cross-border financing, establishing investment fund platforms, real-estate structures, debt issuance programmes, derivatives and securitisation transactions. She works with financial institutions, investment funds, asset managers, investors, issuers and arrangers.

Aisling also helps clients with tax structuring, inward investment, and the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She has lots of experience of dealing with the Irish Revenue Commissioners in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
