Agostina Martínez is a senior associate, member of the Natural Resources and Energy practice where she focuses her practice in the mining industry, globally and regionally.
She joined Allende & Brea in 2017.
Prior to joining Allende & Brea she worked as legal intern at Infra Shares Partners Limited (London, United Kingdom), as an associate at the Department of Mining at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and the International Energy Charter (Brussels, Belgium). Additionally, she worked as Mining and Governance Content Assistant in the Extractive Industries Source Book, a project funded and sponsored by the World Bank.

She obtained her law degree from “Universidad Católica de Cuyo” and holds a Master in Laws (LL.M) with Distinction in Mineral Law and Policy from the University of Dundee, Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, Scotland, United Kingdom. In 2019, she attended the Course on International Oil & Gas Law, Contracts and Negotiations Part I and II organized by the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (Houston, USA). In 2020, she obtained the postgraduate degree “Hydrocarbons and Energy Industry Regulation” from the Universidad Católica Argentina.
