Adriana Gonçalves

Adriana is a senior associate of the Corporate/M&A team. She assists clients on the contractual aspects of transactions, in the preparation of service agreements and participate in cross-border deals, including mergers and acquisitions. She has more than 10 years of experience working on M&A transactions, comprehensive corporate counseling and in international trade transactions subject to customs and exchange control regulations. Adriana has actively been involved in global reorganization projects of major companies in Venezuela. Her vast experience and broad knowledge with the incorporation, dissolution and liquidation of legal entities has allow her to become a key player within the corporate practice group.
