Practice Areas

Abe’s practice involves all aspects of business litigation.

He represents clients on a wide range of issues including: legal ethics and professional responsibility, defense of legal malpractice and other professional responsibility issues, alternative dispute resolution, acting as a mediator and an arbitrator, and business disputes including corporate divorces, antitrust, securities, trade secrets and intellectual property matters.

Abe also represents lawyers and serves as an expert witness in legal ethics, professional responsibility and law firm matters.

Career

Abe is Chair Emeritus of Fox Rothschild and a member of the Executive Committee. He served as Co-Chair of the firm from 2004 to 2017.

Abe teaches a course at the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law titled, "Ethics and Advocacy - From the Boardroom to the Courtroom." He frequently lectures and writes on business litigation, legal ethics and professional responsibility.
