Recent reported cases in the fields of intellectual property includes granting parallel import the status of "Usage" in determining the valid use of trademark in Bangladesh jurisdiction. Acted in anti-dumping suits before United States Courts for anti dumping evaluation of import of catfish and shrimp in the United States. Currently representing Industrial & Commercial Bank of China in a large value dispute in Bangladesh Courts.
