Acted as Sponsors counsel in Evergeen's USD137m listing in Hong Kong Exchange. Also acted for IFC in development of Maheshkhali LNG Terminal and Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange in acquisition of Dhaka Stock Exchange. Acting for Tecnosteam Energy in developing three gas compression station funded by ADB. Acting for a large number of EPCs in different large scale constructions.
