Aaron's core focus in the role is creating more trusted adviser relationships and ensuring internal efficiencies developed in one part of the firm are replicated everywhere.
His practice is very broad, advising on all aspects of UK and cross-border corporate finance, fundraising, activism and M&A transactions for corporate and fund clients. He is recognised in directories for ECM work, M&A and fund formation and leads our listed funds, cash shells and SPACs work. He is also the representative of the listed private equity industry on the InvestEurope regulatory board and a key figure in capital markets reform in London.
