Caroline Edwards

Caroline is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Department and a member of the firm's International Board.

Her extensive complex litigation experience includes a number of the most high profile competition damages claims in this jurisdiction, cross border fraud claims, complex financial services disputes and related regulatory investigations, tax disputes as well as a wide range of general corporate and commercial disputes.

Caroline represents clients across a variety of sectors, including in the financial services, private equity, manufacturing, retail and natural resources sectors. Her expertise includes litigating cases in the English High Court and other first instance tribunals, including the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the appeal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation.

As a member of the International Board, Caroline is responsible for developing and maintaining the firm’s relationships with our network of preferred firms across the globe. Through this activity, the firm has developed a strong international offering for our clients which enables us to partner with firms who share our high standards of quality and service and who we believe will be best suited to meet the clients’ needs in respect of a particular cross-border matter.
