Banking & Finance:
The firm has a long established and well regarded banking and finance practice and acts for all of the major banks in the Irish market including AIB, Bank of Ireland and Ulster Bank. Clients include domestic financial institutions, insurance companies, Credit Unions, the National Asset Management Agency, government bodies, private individuals and corporate bodies. The group advises on all aspects of commercial and private lending and has particular experience in the areas of bank restructuring matters and the sale of loan portfolios.
Commercial Property:
RDJ acts for many of the major state bodies, commercial and residential developers as well as institutional and private investors on commercial property matters. The team are known for their experience managing complex transactions related to retail and office developments, residential developments, hospitality, and investment portfolios and sales.
