RDJ's Litigation team are experienced practitioners in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution regarding commercial and other disputes. They are widely regarded as one of the most significant providers in this field in Ireland with over 40 solicitors on the team.  The firm represents clients across multiple sectors but is particularly well-known for work relating to insurance, education, construction, healthcare, media, aviation and finance services.

RDJ has particular expertise in cases coming before the fast track Commercial Court and in advising on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures such as arbitration, conciliation and mediation. They act for most of the Irish insurers writing professional negligence business as well as many of those in the UK and the US. They also boast one of Ireland’s leading Medical Negligence teams, who act for the Clinical Indemnity Scheme, part of the State Claims Agency, which manages claims against state owned hospitals and other state sponsored bodies.
