Darryl Broderick is the Head of RDJ’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. He has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution with a particular emphasis on contentious media, technology and IP disputes.
He also represents clients in arbitrations and mediations and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Darryl has acted in a number of significant cases before the Superior Courts in recent years. He has advised on a number of high-profile High Court Defamation proceedings against the Irish Examiner, including those issued by Ryanair, Bernard McNamara, John Delaney and former Garda Commissioner Nóirín O’ Sullivan.
