RDJ's nationally recognised construction team advises clients on all aspect of construction and infrastructure projects, managing complex projects related to education, hospitality, office, retail, industrial and residential developments. Clients include third level institutions, major state bodies, developers, multi-national pharmaceuticals, and student accommodation providers and contractors. The team also advise on contentious issues and procurement and construction disputes.
RDJ's construction team have advised on major projects such as Navigation Square (300,000 sq. ft. office development), the Capital (100,000 sq. ft. mixed retail and commercial development) and expansion projects for clients such as Bon Secours Health System and Eli Lilly.
The team is led by Finola McCarthy, who is known for providing pragmatic and solution-focussed advice to both contractors and to the procuring entities. She regularly presents at workshops and provides training seminars to various construction industry bodies.
