Financial Regulation: Advice on financial regulation, compliance risk management and regulatory investigations and enforcement for investment, commercial and retail banks, asset managers, private equity houses, insurers, exchanges, trading platforms, clearing houses and other financial institutions in the UK and globally.

Insurance: Expertise across all aspects of the sector including M&A, JVs, rights issues, securitisations, demutualisations, complex capital markets transactions, reorganisations, portfolio transfers and regulatory.
