The firm offers a comprehensive service to its private clients. It provides a very personalised service, providing clients with legal advice and assistance covering all relevant aspects through the firm’s experienced lawyers and professional advisors, such as taxation, residence (including tax residence), citizenship applications, immigration, real estate conveyancing, advice on succession law and family law, and so forth, to cover all aspects that may be relevant to private clients. It also provides support with respect to the practical aspects of relocating to Malta, such as accompanying clients to relevant authorities and banks, and providing support in relation to various other practical matters involved such as importation of personal effects, amongst others. The firm’s Tax & Immigration Law team brings to the table significant expertise in international tax matters, providing advice and guidance also with reference to any Malta based structures that clients may wish to put in place. The service offered by the firm’s Tax & Immigration Law team is supplemented by the firm’s inhouse corporate and trust services group, the Fenlex Group, in terms of set up and ongoing maintenance of local entities such as companies, trusts and foundations, as well as by said firm’s Tax Compliance Team, a team of specialised tax accountants that provide services relative to the various tax programmes as well as a full personal tax compliance service.
