Rebecca Diacono

Rebecca is a Partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, with her main areas of expertise being tax, immigration and private wealth matters.

Rebecca has worked within the Tax & Immigration Law Department of Fenech & Fenech Advocates since 2014. She obtained her Doctor of Laws in 2016 and was admitted to the bar in 2017. She has also successfully completed the Malta Institute of Taxation Professional Certificate in Taxation (Cert. Tax) and was awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Services.

Rebecca advises a largely international clientele in matters of group restructuring, domestic and international taxation, cross-border structures and international tax planning. Rebecca also advises extensively on private wealth matters, assisting high-net worth individuals with their relocation to Malta, including tax, immigration, and succession planning matters.
