The firm’s senior partners are highly regarded for their experience and reputation in environmental law. They practiced for years at large Chicago law firms, serving as leaders in their respective environmental departments.

Ms. Nijman represents clients in environmental litigation, compliance, and all phases of CERCLA. She also handles the environmental aspects of corporate transactions.

Ms. Franzetti is an experienced litigator who has successfully handled discharge variances, permit appeals and challenges under the Clean Water Act. She represents companies in CERCLA matters and acts as group counsel for several sites.

Ms. Grayson serves as national environmental counsel addressing compliance, risk management, enforcement, and remediation. Her practice includes NRD claims and corporate transactions.

Ms. Brice represents clients across the country in environmental litigation and toxic tort disputes, with a focus on complicated scientific issues.  She also represents clients in real estate and brownfield redevelopment.

Partner Kristen Gale, formerly an environmental consultant and IL Asst. AG, handles all aspects of environmental litigation and compliance counseling.
