Ms. Franzetti is an experienced litigator who has successfully negotiated permits, discharge issues and variances, and has handled permit appeals and challenges under the Clean Water Act. She represents companies in CERCLA matters and acts as group counsel for several sites.
Ms. Grayson serves as national environmental counsel addressing compliance strategies, risk management, enforcement proceedings, and cleanup obligations. Her practice includes natural resource damage claims and corporate transactions.
Partner Kristen Gale, who began her career as an environmental consultant and then Assistant AG for the State of IL, handles all aspects of environmental litigation and counsels clients on day-to-day environmental issues.
