MBB Balado Bevilacqua Abogados is a boutique firm specializing in labor and employment law, with additional practices in commercial, corporate, migration, and tax. We counsel local and international clients and support international firms with Argentine matters, and we are especially recognized for complex local and cross-border employment work.

We help clients build effective HR policies covering health and safety, social security, compensation and benefits, leaves, hiring and terminations, litigation, settlements, M&A-driven restructuring, collective dismissals, union relations, and collective bargaining. We prioritize preventing workplace harassment and discrimination and promoting diversity and inclusion in multicultural teams, tailoring counsel to each client's industry to reduce exposure.

Our corporate practice covers company formation, Public Registry filings, day-to-day corporate matters, legal representation (powers of attorney, leave administration), and drafting/negotiating by-laws and agreements.
