Analía joined the firm in 2017 as co-head of the local and international labour practice. She has more than 25 years of experience advising on employment matters to local and international companies. She focuses on employment contracts, expatriate benefits, complex labour litigation and labour aspects of M&A transactions together with counselling on human resources matters.
Also, Analía is very active in gender diversity projects, compliance matters related to employment issues, and conducts seminars for key employees on a wide range of topics such as anti-harassment policies, privacy monitoring at work; due diligence process for human resources, how to minimise litigation, among other legal topics.
Analía has been singled out as a leading lawyer by Chambers and Partners 2014–2024, The Legal 500 2019–2022, and by Who’s Who Legal 2021–2024.
