Career
She joined the firm in 2017 as co-head of the local and international labour practice. More than 25 years of experience advising on employment matters to local and international companies, focused in employment contracts, expatriate benefits, complex labour litigation and labour aspects of M&A transactions together with counselling on human resources matters. She conducts seminars for key employees on anti-harassment policies, privacy vs. monitoring at work; due diligence process for human resources and legal staff;, how to minimize litigation, between others legal topics

Personal
Recognized locally and internationally as a leader in labour and employment law in Argentina. In 2022 she received a grant from the University of Buenos Aires, Laboratory of IA, UBA - IALAB to train for a certification in data governance and law, distinguished by Chambers & Partners in 2014-2023 as "Leading practitioner and associate to watch in Employment Law" and recommended by Who's Who Legal 2019-2023 and The Legal 500 2019-2023.
