Mercedes is the founding and managing partner of MBB Abogados since 2012. She has over 25 years of experience in providing labour, social security, corporate management and human resources counsel to clients worldwide. She graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires and holds an LL.M from University of Connecticut.

She counsels and represents local and international clients, as well as assists international law firms with their matters in Argentina by designing cutting-edge policies and practices to comply with their legal obligations and enhance workforce management, providing clients with specialized counseling and representation to optimize the workplace, handling with complex local and cross border legal matters.
