Irwin Mitchell has the largest dedicated medical negligence department in Yorkshire, with teams based in both Sheffield and Leeds. We deal with all types of negligence cases particularly specialising in complex, high-value claims including: birth injury including cerebral palsy; spinal injury; brain injury; and amputation cases.

During 2022, shortlisted at the national PI Awards for Outstanding Achievement of the Year, recognising our Support & Rehabilitation Co-ordinators contribution supporting our clients, Outstanding Case of the Year

and Marketing Campaign of the Year.
