It has also served as local counsel to international financing institutions, including Citibank, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, the Royal Bank of Canada, BNP Paribas, the Exim Bank of the United States, BNDES (the Brazilian Development and Export Bank), the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) among others.
