Headrick has one of the most complete and distinguished corporate departments in the country.  The department sets itself apart not only for the capacity and experience of its members, but also for the diversity of matters handled for a significant client portfolio, both national and international with presence in the Dominican Republic. This department currently has 7 partners and approximately 15 associates, in addition to 4 paralegals, exclusively dedicated to this area.

From its inception, the Firm has focused on building a strong asset finance and banking practice, and currently provides legal assistance to local and foreign financial institutions in a wide array of such matters. The firm provides ongoing assistance to local banks Banco BHD León, Banco Santa Cruz and Scotiabank, as well as the local branch of Citibank. It has also served as local counsel to international financing institutions, including Citibank, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, the Royal Bank of Canada, BNP Paribas, the Exim Bank of the United States, BNDES (the Brazilian Development and Export Bank), the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) among others.
