Sampson Davie Fane Volpiana LLP was formed in 2021 by four initial partners who broke off from a larger international law firm to start their own commercial real estate boutique.We act for developers, institutional and private investors, pension funds, railways, utilities, airports and governmental agencies on various commercial real estate matters.We specialize in assisting our clients with development projects (including, rezoning entitlements, subdivision matters, and the preparation and filing of disclosure statements), complex acquisitions and sales, leasing, financing and structuring matters in respect of projects spanning all major asset classes.
