Sampson Davie Fane Volpiana LLP was formed in 2021 by four initial partners who broke off from a larger international law firm to start their own commercial real estate boutique.We act for developers, institutional and private investors, pension funds, railways, utilities, airports and governmental agencies on various commercial real estate matters.We specialize in assisting our clients with development projects (including, rezoning entitlements, subdivision matters, and the preparation and filing of disclosure statements), complex acquisitions and sales, leasing, financing and structuring matters in respect of projects spanning all major asset classes. We pride ourselves with understanding the industries and transactions, not just the law.

We are active and contributing members of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia and CREW Vancouver.
