Herman Li

Herman’s practice involves advising clients on all aspects of commercial real estate including the acquisition, sale, financing and development of industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use properties. He is experienced in establishing different ownership structures for real estate investments, including through limited partnerships, co-ownerships, joint ventures and other arrangements. He also acts regularly for both landlords and tenants in the negotiation, drafting and review of leases of all property types, including extensive experience in build-to-suit industrial and commercial leases.

Herman's clients include real estate developers of industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use properties throughout the Lower Mainland, as well as real estate brokerages, government corporations and authorities.
