■ Assisting a Macau major holdings company, shareholder in a public services subconcessionaire at the Macau International Airport, with the subconcessionaire’s refinancing and equity restructuring

■ Assisting a Macau holdings company in the context of the re-financing and equity re-structuring plan of the flagship air carrier of Macau

■ Assisting a Macau aviation company with the de-registration, disposal and export of one helicopter and facilitating the change of registration jurisdiction for another aircraft, including regulatory guidance

■ Advising a Macau holdings company, the primary guarantor of a longstanding financial facility, on settlement with a Macau financial institution following borrower’s default, a well-known figure in hospitality and gaming scene of Macau
