- Assisting a Macau major holdings company, being the shareholder of a Macau public services subconcessionaire, in preparing re-financing and equity re-structuring plan of the latter company.
- Advising on the possibility and process for the conversion of the premises of a landmark casino-hotel into the strata title framework.
- Advising three major technological conglomerates in all legal matters related to compliance with private data protection and labour and employment laws and regulations.
- Assisting a major US based gaming supplier in the context of patent infringement litigation in Macau.
- Advising the majority shareholder of a Macau gaming concessionaire in all legal matters related to the reversion of casino assets to the Macau Government, following the term of the previous land-based casino concessions in Macau.
- Assisting a Macau holdings company and its Portuguese subsidiaries in the extension and re-negotiation of a long standing umbrella agreement with the Municipality of Lisbon for the development of a major area of the City.
