■ Assisting a Macau aviation company in the context of the de-registration, disposal and export of one helicopter and in respect of the change of registration jurisdiction of another aircraft, including advising in all regulatory matters

■ Advising a Macau holdings company, being the main guarantor of a longstanding financial facility, in the context of settlement with a Macau financial institution following the default by the borrower, a known figure of the Macau hospitality and gaming scene

■ Assisting a Macau major holdings company, being the shareholder of a Macau public services sub-concessionaire, in preparing re-financing and equity re-structuring plan of the latter company

■ Assisting a Macau holdings company, being the majority indirect shareholder of a Portuguese land-based casino concessionaire and of a Portuguese online gaming licensee, in the context of the re-structuring of their management structure and business operation
