- Acted for ECM Partners in relation to a US$ 250 Million acquisition financing facility from the National Bank of Greece S.A. used to partly finance the acquisition of the Pavlidis Marbles Group (January 2023).
- Acted for Depa Commercial S.A., the incumbent gas company in Greece, in relation to a US$ 475 Million deal, as Sponsor and Shareholder at the project finance granted by the National Bank of Greece to DEPA’s subsidiary Alexandroupolis Electricity Production S.A. for the purposes of design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, financing, operation, maintenance, and exploitation of an 840 MW CCGT Power Plant in Alexandroupolis.
- Acted for Piraeus Bank as Arranger, Bondholder Agent, Subscriber and Bondholder in relation to a US$ 191 Million acquisition financing to Alphabet Education S.A., investment vehicle of BC Partners.
- Acted for Eurobank S.A. in relation to the second Greek Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF) Co-Financing facility to auto leasing company Avis Greece for financing Avis investment project of supply of new anti-pollution technology cars with a total amount of a first phase of US$ 120,5 Million (March 2024).
- Acted for Intralot S.A. in relation to a US$ 144,5 Million deal, on the pre-emptive issuance of 232.758.621 new shares by way of public offer in Greece and their listing on the Athens Stock Exchange.
- Acted for V Tourism S.A., a Greek Societe Anonyme company, and its shareholders Prodea Investments, the largest REIT in Greece, and Invel Real Estate Group with respect to a US$ 31 Million financing from Eurobank S.A. and Greek Recovery and Resilience Fund, in relation to the acquisition and development of a hotel property in Milos Island (Greece) (April 2024).
- Acted for an EU based fund in relation to its participation in the bidding process for the acquisition of a loans portfolio originated by Greek banks under liquidation and managed by PQH Single Special Liquidation S.A. (April 2024).

- Acted for Intracom Holdings S.A., an ATHEX listed company in its corporate transformation into an investment company with a capacity of EUR 0.5 Billionthrough a spin off.
- Acted for Lamda Development on the implementation of 2 strategic cooperation agreements with Temes S.A. for the joint development of 2 state-of-the-art, luxury 5-star hotels and the corresponding branded residences on the coastal front of Hellinikon.
- Acted for Lamda Development in the corporate transformation of its entire shopping malls sector through a series of corporate transformations resulting to the concentration all four existing shopping centers owned by Lamda Group and those to be built in the Hellinikon under one distinct vehicle.
- Acted for London & Regional Properties on the sale of 100% of the shares of LANDA S.A., owner of the Rhodes Bay Hotel & Spa and Elite Suites by Rhodes Bay in Rhodes, to the H Hotels Collection.
- Acted for Intracom Holdings S.A. and Intracom Technologies S.ar.L. in the sale of 90.91% shareholding participation in Intracom Defense, a leading defense company in Greece with extensive collaborations with EU & NATO countries, to IAI – Israel Aerospace Industries.
- Acted for Taconic Capital Advisors UK LLP, a global institutional investment firm, with respect to the acquisition of the ex-Costa Perla Hotel located in Porto Heli, Greece.

- AdvisingLamda Development S.A. in relation to the completion of 2 strategic cooperation agreements valued at EUR 300 million with Temes S.A. for the joint development of 2 state-of-the-art, luxury 5-star hotels and the corresponding branded residences on the coastal front of Ellinikon, in southern Athens. The largest by size transaction in the hospitality sector in Greece.
- Advising Lamda Development S.A. in the EUR 110 million acquisition of McArthur Glen Hellas, the owner of McArthur Glen Designer Outlet, which is the leading designer outlet in Greece. One of the largest by size acquisition of in the retail sector in Greece.
- Advising Taconic Capital Advisors UK LLP, a global institutional investment firm, with respect to the acquisition of the ex-Costa Perla Hotel located in Porto Heli, Greece, and the demolition, planning and construction of a complex tourist accommodation comprising of a new luxury hotel and residential villas. Once the project is finished, it will constitute one of the top complex tourist accommodations in Greece.
