Nikolas advises extensively on domestic and cross-border finance and capital markets transactions, across the capital structure, including secured and unsecured lending as well as private placements and public offerings of equity and credit instruments, acting for lenders and underwriters, such as banks, funds and institutional investors, as well as for issuers.
Alongside the finance practice, Nikolas has also developed a growing corporate practice, encompassing takeovers, M&As, shareholder agreements and general corporate law matters.
He is experienced in structuring and documenting transactions, as well as in identifying and resolving key issues with a view to closing deals.

Work Highlights
Advised Intralot S.A. on the acquisition of Bally’s Interactive Business from Bally’s Corporation for a transactional value of €2.7 billion structured partly in cash and partly in shares and on Intralot’s €900 million Notes offering and listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
Advised Morgan Stanley on Greek law matters in its capacity as Arranger in the context of the Frontier III transaction, involving the securitization by the National Bank of Greece (NBG) of a portfolio of non-performing exposures with a total gross book value of c. EUR 0.7 Billion backed by the State guarantee pursuant to the Hellenic Asset Protection Scheme (“Hercules III”).
Advised Technical Olympic S.A. in relation to its entering into a Co-Funding Agreement with Pollen Street Capital of a maximum amount 250M Euros.
Advised the Initial Purchasers and the Security Agent on doValue’s €300 million Notes offering and listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
Advised the Initial Purchasers on PeopleCert’s €300 million Notes offering and listing on Euronext Dublin.
Advised Lamda Development on its €500 million offering and listing of retail bonds on the Athens Exchange.
