Nassar Abogados approaches corporate cases not only from a legal perspective but also with a solid understanding of the commercial and economic interests of its clients and in depth understanding of the dynamics of business forms. This enables the firm to create innovative solutions to complex corporate matters for clients such as IBM, Amanco Wavin, Vista Equity Partners, LatAm Logistic Properties, Phoenix Tower International (a Blackstone company), Lafarge Holcim and Visa Inc. The firm has developed a high profile corporate and M&A practice group that has become a significant and active player on the Central American jurisdictions. Dispute Resolution:
