Also as part of his commercial law knowledge provides advice in the assessment and litigation of commercial disputes, also implementing preemptive measures to avoid future contingencies for multinational clients.

As part of a Central American Firm, it has developed a great knowledge of the region, allowing him to become a well-known attorney in regional and domestic law to coordinate with local professionals’ legal matters cross-border. Together with his legal knowledge and professional criteria, he has worked and coordinated regional legal opinions for clients, in different areas of commercial and corporate law, i.e. regional corporate restructuring, distribution matters, among others.
